E-COMMERCE EXEC - shopify - online fashion brand MANCHESTER - full time head office based £28K Our client is a successful sportwear brand based in central Manchester and experiencing strong online growth. They are now looking to recruit an E-commerce Executive to assist their strongE-commerce team. Successful candidates must have 1 + years experience experience working with CRM software/ Klaviyo/ Hubspot, Salesforce and SHOPIFY and ideally have worked for an successful online brand. This is a fast paced and exciting fashion brand to work for and requires candidates with an 'eager to learn personality' and who thrives in a high growth environment The RoleThe role is to assist the eCommerce team and be a constant source of energy within the department.Collaboratively with the Head of Trade to implement a digital retail strategy that focuses on delivering long term growth Assisting with the day-to-day running of the brands.KPIs Maintaining conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:· Help trade ecommerce sites· Implement content updates, campaigns and promotional activity to support brand and sales goals· Maintain accuracy of product data, pricing, and availability across the site· Use data tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics etc) to make insight-led decisions· Share brand and category performance reports with internal and external stakeholders· Partner with CRM to drive app engagement, loyalty, and lifecycle value· Drive continuous improvement of the onsite journey — optimising product, navigation and storytelling· Ensure the ecommerce experience reflects our individual brand tone and individual customer expectations· Marketing & CRM: Work closely to assist campaigns, promotions, and content across customer touchpoints· Tech & Product: Brief and test onsite improvements; ensure smooth site functionality and performance What You’ll Bring· One year experience in an ecommerce or trade related role is ideal· Hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus ideall· Experience working with CRM software e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce etc is ideal· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel· Commercial mindset with experience delivering results across AOV, CVR, margin, bounce rate, and revenue· Proven ability to work across teams
