Position: E-Commerce OfficerReporting to: E-Commerce Manager (UK Office)Experience Required: 2–3 years in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or OperationsQualification: Minimum A-Levels (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and organized E-Commerce Officer to support daily online business operations and digital activities. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-department coordination to ensure smooth workflow between the Pakistan office and UK head office.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of online stores, ensuring product listings, pricing, and stock levels are accurate and updated.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Logistics, and Customer Support) to ensure timely completion of tasks.Monitor order processing, dispatch, returns, and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.Support the E-Commerce Manager in task management, calendar organization, and progress tracking.Prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards (sales, traffic, campaign results, etc.).Assist in uploading and optimizing product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).Collaborate with the design team to update visuals, banners, and product content as per marketing plans.Track KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and engagement to identify improvement areas.Conduct competitor checks and market research for pricing and promotional strategies.Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth coordination with the UK office.Requirements:A-Level qualification (Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed preferred).2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital coordination, or online store operations.Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, or similar e-commerce platforms.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report preparation.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.A self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership.
