Gradually, Tam Son evolves into a curator of premium experiences, honoring beauty and becoming our customers’ companion to discover inspiration.***SCOPE OF WORK:E-commerce executive supporting and driving the online commercial performance of assigned premium & luxury brands.Act as the contact point with assigned brand principals for all e-commerce-related topicsDevelop and execute e-commerce business plans aligned with brand and company strategyManage online assortment, stock availability, and buying plans to maximize e-commerce revenueCollaborate with Retail Brand Executives to propose online activations and commercial activitiesLead execution of online activations, promotions, and sales campaigns with cross-functional coordination (Marketing, Content, Technical, Retail, Operations)Monitor and analyse e-commerce sales performance and propose optimizationsPrepare and present reports with insights and recommendations for improvementPerform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.*** REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics or related background3 years experience relating to E-commerce, digital marketing, or retail management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industries.Strong understanding about Ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)Excellent communication and fluent in English*** WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary packages with fixed 13th-month salary and performance bonus.Premium health care insurance.Annual performance review.Sponsored company trips and sports activities.Training section and rotation opportunities within subsidiaries.Discount of 30-50% for Group's products.Professional and creative working environment with up-to-date equipment.*** Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted ***
