E-Commerce Executive

The RoleWe are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to help drive the next phase of online growth. This is a strategic hire for someone with proven experience in digital optimisation, who can bring new skills to the team such as SEO, Google Analytics reporting, and UX/UI testing. Someone who can analyse and create reports. ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the SEO strategy (on-page optimisation, keyword research, meta data, content improvements)Regular Google Analytics reporting, delivering actionable insights on performance, conversion rates, and traffic sourcesWebsite UX/UI optimisation: run A/B testing, review user journeys, and recommend improvements to enhance conversionCollaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activityOversee online merchandising and category optimisation to maximise salesWork closely with developers or agencies on website updates, bug testing, and new featuresProvide guidance to team members on e-commerce best practicesEnsure the online brand experience is consistent with in-storeAbout You2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketingStrong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, lighthouse)Confident analysing data and producing performance reportsExperience in UX testing or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) desirableExcellent copywriting and merchandising skillsOrganised, proactive, and commercially minded, attention to detail A collaborative team player, able to contribute strategicallyDesirableExperience with paid search or paid social campaignsFamiliarity with HTML/CSS for minor site editsKnowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)Experience with adobe photoshop or graphic design
