E-commerce Internship

Read on to discover what we have to offer!What will you do?As an intern in the E-commerce department at Flamco, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within various aspects. You will perform operational activities and support new business development. You will participate in different projects and tasks, building a broad knowledge and experience within E-commerce, Marketplace, and Supply Chain.Tasks and Responsibilities:Marketplaces:Assist in creating, optimizing, and updating product descriptions, images, and specifications for various online marketplaces.Analyze competition and market trends to improve content strategies and increase product visibility.Process Optimization:Assist in monitoring and improving operational processes within the marketplaces, such as inventory management, order processing, and customer service.Implement workflow improvements to increase process efficiency and accuracy.Supply Chain:Support in coordinating logistics processes, including managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues.Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure products are delivered to customers in a timely and accurate manner.Who are you?You are an enthusiastic and eager to learn student with a passion for E-commerce. You are pursuing an HBO degree in E-commerce or similar. People describe you as communicative, proactive and organizationally strong. You have an eye for detail and are able to work both independently and as part of a team. furthermore:Desired skills:You have a higher professional education. (HBO level of thinking and working.)Studying a relevant course, preferably E-commerce or similar.You possess commercial knowledge and insight.You are experienced with Office and have an affinity for Digital/E-commerce.Good communication and writing skills in English. Dutch is an asset.What we offer:We offer you a dynamic work environment where you get all the space you need to take initiative and develop yourself personally. Flamco is a product brand of Aalberts hydronic flow control and has been involved in the development, production, and sale of high-quality components for use in HVAC systems since 1956.
