It has always been—and will remain—an experience like no other: truly life-changingMore about the role:As a key position within the Singapore Malaysia marketing team, the e commerce manager role oversees our ecommerce strategy, planning and digital marketing campaigns that promote Club Med resorts. With ownership of paid media, CRM, and .com management, the position ensures our digital ecosystem delivers sustained growth across Singapore and Malaysia markets. The role requires a commercially minded leader who can define strategy, set the vision, and translate plans into tangible results. Agile, pragmatic, and hands-on, this person ensures our online business is always ahead of market shifts and customer expectations.This position has a core focus on crafting and executing e-commerce and digital marketing strategies that deliver against business goals.Responsibilities and Tasks:Mission 1: Shape and Drive the E-Commerce Growth StrategyDefine the long-term vision and roadmap for e-commerce as a central pillar of business growth.Translate commercial priorities (sales, occupancy, revenue mix) into a holistic channel strategy with clear objectives and investment priorities.Develop annual and quarterly e-commerce growth plans, integrating paid media, CRM, and site optimization.Identify new growth levers (e.g. website personalization) to expand reach, conversion, and customer lifetime value.Represent the e-commerce function in management discussions, embedding online growth into broader commercial and brand strategies.Mission 2: Lead Data-Driven Planning & Business InsightsBuild a robust performance framework using GA4, CRM analytics, and media dashboards to evaluate channel contribution to sales and occupancy.Use insights to proactively reallocate investment, refine strategies, and guide leadership on digital performance levers.Translate complex data into clear business narratives for management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and ROI.Mission 3: Craft Paid Media LeadershipDefine and execute the paid media strategy: including budget allocation, channel mix, and creative direction.Partner with the media agency to optimize ROAS, conversion, engagement and reach.Ensure media investments support business objectives and integrate them with Owned channels.Mission 4: Integrate Marketing & Content StrategyDrive CRM strategy (segmentation, journeys, lifecycle role; execution supported by CRM Executive).Develop and implement the content ecosystem (ads, blogs, SEO hubs, CRM themes).Oversee & execute website CMS and personalization to improve journeys and conversions.Ensure Paid and Owned platforms work together as a cohesive whole.Mission 5: Collaborate & share best practicesWork closely with agencies, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns.Benchmark competitors, share best practices, and stay ahead of market trends.Contribute strategically to business reviews and budgets.Mission 6: Manage, mentor and develop a CRM & Web ExecutiveCreate and execute e-commerce and digital marketing strategies across Paid and Owned platforms.Be hands-on in driving campaigns, optimization, and execution in both aligning strategies and actively delivering results.Monitor performance continuously to adapt tactics and strategies.Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure quality execution.Provide strategic input for business planning, reviews, and budgeting.Requirements:Degree or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management/Business Administration or equivalentAt least 8 years’ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing management, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or FMCG.Strong track record of both strategy and hands-on execution in Paid media, CRM, SEO, and website management.Proficient in paid media, CRM, SEO, CMS, and personalization.Skilled at interpreting data and converting insights into actionable strategies.Hands-on in project delivery while effectively managing and guiding agencies and partners.High level of proficiency in professional written and verbal communication. Advanced copywriting and editing skills in English. Excellent presentation and documentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Native-level fluency in English.Energetic, proactive, and commercially minded.Comfortable moving between strategic planning and execution.Open-minded, collaborative, and results-driven.
