Job Title: E-commerce Marketing ExpertLocation: Lahore, PakistanExperience Required: 3 - 4 YearsAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Expert to drive our online sales performance, enhance digital visibility, and optimize customer acquisition across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing e-commerce campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing growth strategies that convert visitors into loyal customers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and retention.Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, etc.) and continuously optimize ROI.Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives, ensuring website visibility and ranking improvements.Coordinate email marketing, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs.Analyze sales funnels, user behavior, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.Manage product listings, descriptions, and images across marketplaces and brand websites.Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to enhance user experience and site performance.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.Implement marketing automation tools and CRM strategies to nurture leads and re-engage customers.Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on KPIs, marketing spend, and campaign outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.3–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.).Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.Preferred Skills:Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web analytics tagging.Understanding of B2B, B2C and D2C marketing models.Experience in content marketing and social commerce strategies.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Growth-oriented environment with exposure to innovative tools and strategies.Opportunity to lead digital initiatives across global markets.
