Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce MKT Manager / Sr. E-commerce MKT Manager to drive our digital growth strategy and manage the full online marketing funnel. This role will own budget management, performance marketing, contents creation, CRM, analytics, and digital commerce activation to maximize conversion and deliver exceptional consumer experience across DTC, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute holistic online marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across all digital channels.Lead performance marketing (search, display, affiliates, retail media, social ads) with clear ROAS, traffic, and conversion goals.Oversee content marketing, including product PDP optimization, visual asset creation, video/recipe/how-to content, and influencer/live commerce partnerships.Manage CRM strategy (optional role within team) to drive customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.Ensure alignment of digital campaigns with ATL/BTL brand activities.Budget Management & ROIOwn and manage the online marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across performance media, content, CRM, and influencer partnerships.Track spend and ROI at a granular level; dynamically reallocate budget to maximize performance.Partner with finance and senior leadership to deliver accurate budget forecasts, investment plans, and reporting.Ensure all campaigns meet financial objectives, balancing short-term sales with long-term brand equity growth.Digital Channel OwnershipCollaborate with DTC, Naver, marketplace, and social commerce manager to deliver marketing excellence and channel growth.Own execution of live commerce and influencer commerce initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless brand presence across owned, earned, and paid channels.Team & CollaborationLead, coach, and inspire a growing team of marketing specialists, including performance MKT, content managers, designers, and analysts.Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, operations, and brand teams to ensure integrated business execution.Build and manage agency/vendor relationships for creative, media, and influencer marketing execution.Data, Analytics & OptimizationDrive a data-first approach to decision-making, leveraging insights, analytics dashboards, and campaign metrics to optimize investments.Continuously track, measure, and report performance against KPIs: traffic, conversion, CPA, ROAS, CLV, and campaign effectiveness.Identify opportunities for process improvement, new tools, and marketing technologies.Required Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.10+ years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.Proven track record in performance marketing, content marketing, CRM, and budget management.Strong knowledge of Korean digital ecosystem (Naver, Coupang, 11st, GMarket, SSG, Kakao, DTC, YouTube, TikTok).Hands-on experience managing paid search, social, retail media, and influencer campaigns.Solid understanding of budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI analysis.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners.Fluent in Korean and English.
