As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to product building, agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.Your Qualifications and SkillsUndergraduate degree with outstanding record of academic achievement is required; advanced degree or MBA is advantageous4+ years of work experience in: eCommerce operation, omni-channel management, new retail, user growth and operation, etc.Outstanding records of professional achievement within a consulting firm is preferredIn-depth knowledge of customer insights from any business sector (e.g., consumer, retail, B2B, eCommerce platforms or 3rd party service providers, etc.)Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technologyProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese
