E-Commerce Operations Manager

Own the systems that keep our products moving.We’re hiring an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the entire inventory management and marketplace operations process for a growing kitchenware brand. This is a management-level position where you’ll take full ownership of Amazon Vendor Central and other online marketplace operations — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and growth across every platform.If you’ve mastered the backend of Amazon Vendor Central and know how to keep complex inventory systems running seamlessly, this role was built for you.What You’ll DoLead the Process: Oversee the full inventory management workflow — from purchase orders to replenishment, compliance, and forecasting.Own Vendor Central: Manage all backend operations within Amazon Vendor Central — ensuring flawless handling of POs, chargebacks, reporting, and vendor communication.Optimize Marketplaces: Oversee listings, pricing, promotions, and performance metrics on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other future platforms.Forecast & Plan Ahead: Drive inventory planning and demand forecasting, preventing overstock and out-of-stock issues.Problem-Solve Fast: Identify operational bottlenecks, fix issues independently, and create processes that scale smoothly.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with logistics, marketing, and product teams to align goals and ensure data accuracy.What You BringAmazon Vendor Central expertise is a must. You know the backend inside and out — from compliance to reporting.Experience managing full-cycle inventory operations for e-commerce or consumer product brands.A proven background working in larger companies or enterprise-level e-commerce environments.Hands-on experience with additional platforms such as eBay, Walmart, or Shopify (a plus).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data management tools.Excellent English communication — written, verbal, and cross-functional.A track record of accountability, leadership, and problem-solving.Why This Role MattersIn e-commerce, one missed purchase order or mismanaged inventory level can slow everything down.
