E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Profile Requirements:Experience Level: Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry.Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques to support product awareness and sales.Financial Acumen: Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.Adaptability: Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas in a startup environment.Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.Core responsibilities:E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure smooth online sales performance.Social Media & Funnel Marketing Support: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for coffee products.Startup Operations Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.Finance & Bookkeeping Assistance: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across multiple operational areas including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand execution.Continuous Learning & Skill Adaptation: Rapidly learn new tools, processes, and strategies to support business growth in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
