Job Description

Short Role Summary:This role is primarily responsible for driving creator acquisition by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-potential affiliate creators. It involves providing ongoing support to newly onboarded creators, ensuring successful program implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize creator performance and campaign impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators across various categories including Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, and Lifestyle.Creator Incubation: Mentor creators to specialize in specific content categories to drive strong affiliate conversion and sustainable GMV growth.Account Management: Act as the main point of contact (POC) for newly onboarded affiliate creators.Strategic Guidance: Build long-term partnerships by providing category-specific guidance on trends, content formats, product selection, and incentive support.Program Implementation: Drive the effective rollout of initiatives by ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign targets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of projects.Job Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and above.At least have 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator partnership.Strong understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Lazada.Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.English proficiency is required; a basic understanding of Mandarin and Malay is a plus.Self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and a strong team player.
