Position OverviewASUS West Europe eShop is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our regional e-commerce team in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for managing daily payment flows, analyzing performance data, and handling disputes and chargebacks across 10+ Western European markets. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading payment service providers (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Klarna, and local banking methods) and to contribute directly to improving customer payment experience and operational efficiency.Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily payment flows across PSPs (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Klarna, local methods)Handle refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacksAnalyze payment performance data and suggest improvementsWork with Finance, IT, Logistics, and Customer Service to streamline processesPrepare reports on payment metrics for stakeholdersQualifications and background2+ years of experience in payment operations, dispute handling, or e-commerce order and payment processesPractical experience with at least one payment service provider (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Klarna)Knowledge of refund, cancellation, and chargeback processes; exposure to fraud monitoring is a plusStrong data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is an advantage)English: professional working proficiency*Disclaimer: When you submit your information to LinkedIn, your information will be collected, processed, and used by LinkedIn.
