E-Commerce Project Manager (Retail – Domain Rollouts) – FreelanceWe are seeking an E-Commerce Project Manager to join one of our customers in the retail sector for a long-term freelance mission. The consultant will oversee several e-commerce rollout projects across the company’s Belgian and Italian domains.The initiative forms part of a wider digital transformation roadmap to modernize the customer’s online platforms and improve omnichannel experiences across their European retail brands.This role is ideal for a consultant with strong experience in digital or e-commerce delivery, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders (business, IT, marketing, logistics) and managing vendor relationships to ensure successful implementations.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate multiple e-commerce rollout projects across Belgian and Italian marketsDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholdersManage external vendors, digital agencies, and internal technical teamsOversee functional, technical, and UX streams to ensure smooth deploymentEnsure consistency in brand identity, functionality, and customer experience across domainsIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path itemsPrepare and deliver progress reports and steering committee updatesSupport post-launch stabilization, optimization, and feature enhancement phasesProfile5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in digital, e-commerce, or retail environmentsProven success delivering multi-country or multi-domain e-commerce projectsExcellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skillsFamiliarity with omnichannel retail operations and digital marketing processesFluent in French / Italian is a strong assetAdditional DetailsSENIORITY: SeniorSTART DATE: ASAPDURATION: 12 monthsCONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: Braine L'Alleud (2 days/week on-site)HOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: English (French/Italian a plus)
