The Impact You’ll MakeFormulate sales targets for e-commerce distributors, and develop annual/quarterly/monthly investment budget plans by channelCollaborate with marketing, category management, finance, and supply chain teams to monitor sales performance, channel expenses, and supply chain statusAdjust channel promotions dynamically based on market conditions and ROI analysisProvide daily coaching to distributors and third-party (TP) operation teams on store operations, promotions, and sales executionSupport distributors in achieving performance targets through data-driven recommendationsThe Skills And Knowledge You’ll BringBachelor's degree or above with minimum 5 years of e-commerce operations experience;Preferred: Experience in home appliance categories or TP (Third-Party) managementExcellent communication and organizational skills with strong logical thinking;Fundamental data analysis capabilitiesWhat We’ll Give You In ReturnCompetitive package includes base pay, on-target incentive, recognition award etc..
