Job Responsibilities 1. Be responsible for the full-process planning and execution of e-commerce short videos, including script writing, shooting follow-up, and post-production communication. Focus on scenarios such as product seeding, live stream clips, and campaign promotion to ensure the content aligns with the brand tone and e-commerce conversion goals. 2. Closely monitor trending topics and trends on platforms like Douyin, TikTok, and WeChat Channels (e.g., topic challenges, viral templates). Combine product features to quickly develop creative plans, while possessing solid content replication capabilities (not plagiarism, but adaptive optimization) to adapt the logic of external viral content to in-house accounts. 3. Track short video data (such as completion rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and engagement rate), regularly produce data analysis reports, extract optimization directions (e.g., script rhythm, visual presentation, cover and title), and drive the iteration of content performance. 4. Collaborate efficiently with the shooting team, post-production team, and operation team. Clarify requirements, control project progress, and ensure the on-time delivery and launch of short videos. Requirements 1. At least 1 year of experience as an e-commerce short video director; experience in short video production for categories such as FMCG, 3C, and beauty is preferred. Capable of independently completing the entire process from ideation to implementation. 2. High sensitivity to trending topics, with insight into e-commerce content trends, strong ability to generate creative ideas, and solid content replication skills (not plagiarism, but adaptive optimization). 3. Proficient in using data tools (e.g., Douyin E-commerce Compass, TikTok Analytics). Able to identify content issues through data analysis and possess clear logical analysis and plan formulation capabilities. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, good ability to work under pressure, able to strictly adhere to project timelines, proactively advance work, and have awareness of team collaboration.
