As part of our exciting growth journey in Türkiye, we are now looking for a passionate E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic, collaborative, and close-knit team based in Istanbul.As E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience that reflects ASICS’ global standards. You will oversee product launches, update website content and visuals, and lead merchandising processes to maximize visibility and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesManage daily e-commerce operations across platformsResponsible for site merchandising processes to maximize product visibility and customer engagementOversee the launch of new products, ensuring they go live with the correct content and visualsConduct market analysis based on product characteristics and target consumer profiles, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and marketing execution for the assigned e-commerce platform.Monitor and manage platform operational KPIs, collect and analyze operational data, and provide optimization solutions to improve efficiency and performance.Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure a flawless end-to-end customer journeyContinuously explore new e-commerce opportunities and contribute fresh ideasKeep track of competitor activities, and platform updates to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retailProficiency in English as a working languageExcellent communication and learning abilities, with a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and ownershipAnalytical mindset and quick problem solving,Hands-on experience with CMS, reporting toolsEffective time management skills and multitask approach
