e-Commerce Specialist

Job OverviewWe are looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to be stationed at the Logicom Distribution offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the successful candidate to generate and update website content (products, content and promotions), build traffic & sales via the website, plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements and maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging and updating the Logicom e-Commerce portal in Saudi Arabia.Targeting and solving the web issues for Product Managers (PM) and Partners by coordinating with the Web developers.Collaborating with the Sales/Marketing functions to promote the web.Managing the ERP Navision and keeping it updated for Saudi Arabia.Providing training Internally to PMs and externally to partners.Opening Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and adding them to the import tool.Following up with the Country Marketing Team for the Marketing Promotions.Implementing new ERP features on the web with the collaboration of the Web Developers.Achieving Yearly Target numbers.Answering and investigating in all new inquiries related to the web.Skills & QualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Commerce and other related fields.At least 2 years previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS.Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites.Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.Experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop.Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies.Familiar with data management.Excellent knowledge of professional English.RemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.Equal Employment OpportunityLogicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, colour, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
