CommerceKind is HIRING – Talent Acquisition Recruiter (E-Commerce)We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard top talent to support our growing teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and skilled at managing full-cycle recruitment with creativity, strategy, and precision.Compensation & Benefits:➜ Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)➜ Performance-based bonuses➜ Gratuity, Fuel Allowance & Medical Insurance (As per company policy)➜ Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative environment➜ Collaborative culture where your ideas help shape the team and organizationWork Details:➜ Office Location: Paragon City, Lahore➜ Working Days: Monday to Friday➜ Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)The Role:➜ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding➜ Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements➜ Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract the right candidates➜ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional networks➜ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skill and culture fit➜ Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback loops➜ Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards on Google Sheets➜ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs➜ Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience➜ Ensure all hiring activities align with company policies and standardsWhat We’re Looking For:➜ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field➜ 2–4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment➜ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter➜ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management➜ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills➜ Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment➜ Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving and team-oriented mindset➜ A passion for people, culture, and creating a great candidate experience📌 Why This Role Matters:At CommerceKind, we believe great people build great companies.As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping our team by bringing in the right talent to drive growth and innovation.
