Accountable for execution of all Electrical, Instrument & Analyzer works in accordance with the local Authorities requirement.Ensures Contract Resources are available for scheduled jobs and special services.Manage, coach, and facilitate a team to execute maintenance activities. Distribute and discuss jobs daily.Responsible for performing frontline troubleshooting of equipment.Understanding, supporting and applying recommended practices for best-in-class results.Cooperates with reliability to continuously improve equipment and operational reliability and sustainable workflow processes and systems in a safe and cost effective mannerProvide feedback for assessing each indirect reports team member to provide assurance on competency.Manage contractor productivity, hourly performance evaluations.RequirementsDiploma in Engineering or equivalent.At least 3 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemicalGood communication with strategic thinking, negotiation, and business sense.Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant equipment.Experienced in maintenance work control, planning, reliability methodologies.Knowledge & experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Analyzer maintenance.Strong troubleshooting skills & problem-solving skills in mentioned areas.Knowledge in interpreting drawings diagramsKnowledge in CMMS: SAPAble to start immediate
