A 2x2 rotation schedule is available.E&I Telecom Supervisor – Offshore Wind Project (M/F): What will your missions and responsibilities be?Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced E&I & Telecom Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical, instrumentation, and telecom activities for pre-commissioning and commissioning of offshore floating wind generators. The role will ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all tasks, in line with project standards and HSE requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise E&I and telecom work during pre-commissioning and commissioning phasesCoordinate with project teams, contractors, and offshore operationsEnsure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety proceduresSupport troubleshooting and issue resolution during commissioning activitiesPrepare reports and documentation related to progress and system performanceWhat profile and skills are required for this E&I & Telecom Supervisor – Offshore Wind Project (M/F) role?Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in E&I and telecom supervision on offshore wind, oil & gas, or marine projectsStrong knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, and telecom networksExperience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activitiesFamiliarity with HSE standards and offshore working conditionsExcellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsFluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plusInterested in this position?
