E-learning \ Training specialist

Our customer is looking for an e-learning specialist who can provide training sessions to users (up to middle management) about cyber security awareness.At the same time, provide the e-learning team with the best possible support and cooperation, and be part of the communication process. The ideal candidate has 5 years of professional experience in learning & development.Demonstrated success in preparing learning documents and delivering scalable learning programs across diverse countries and cultures.Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.Willingness to travelFluency in English and FrenchStart date: ASAP - latest January 2026End date: 31st March 2026 with possibility to be extendedWorkload: can be discussed - minimum 3 days per week
