It’s on us to make new energy work!Your Role – meaningful & rewardingIn your role, you will apply strong consulting skills to assess IT/digital needs, challenges or systems, deliver strategic technology guidance, and lead clients through effective digital transformation initiatives. • Planning, controlling & pricing: Plan and control the financial performance (budget, P&L) of multiple services and projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost-effectiveness. Set and continuously optimize pricing strategies for sales activities, balancing profitability and market competitiveness. • Coordination:

Coordinate and consolidate monthly business evaluations, including analysis of sales margins and pricing effects, and create monthly/quarterly forecasts in close collaboration with various controlling departments. • Cross-functional collaboration: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with representatives of other E. ON entities, as well as sales and commercial teams, ensuring financial insights support sales strategy and pricing decisions. • Budgets & reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports to E. ON Group Controlling, carry out annual budget planning, determine monthly and annual KPIs for financial controlling, and provide clear visibility into the profitability of sales activities. • Structure & optimization:

Continuously improve budget planning processes, proactively prepare and align budget planning and controlling, manage assigned values and resources, and provide input for commercial strategy discussions. • Strategic participation: Contribute analytical and conceptual insights to discussions on business strategy, pricing, and commercial growth initiatives. • Technologies: Work hands-on with controlling and pricing tools such as Apptio, CoPlanner, SAP, or equivalent systems, ensuring efficient and accurate reporting. Your Profile – authentic & open-minded • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German (written) is an advantage. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in financial controlling, pricing, or commercial analysis. • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Excel). • Strong analytical mindset, with a desire for a steep learning curve and high personal responsibility. Preferred experience: • Proven expertise in pricing models and sales margin optimization. • Technical understanding of data-related topics (e. g. , data governance, data management). • Willingness to learn and professionalize in applied financial methodologies and tools. • Ability to work in agile, complex, and fast-paced environments. • Creative problem-solver, able to communicate effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently.
