EA to Hedgefund Principal

Graduate calibre EA for for high profile hedgefund founder who can offer true right hand support and who understands the pace required to operate at this level. Due to the nature of this role it is office based but offers an exceptional salary, benefits and an excellent bonus structure.Key ResponsibilitiesLynch pin between the business office and family office coordinating both diariesExtensive private work across multiple private projects spanning property/leisure/wellbeing and familyOverseeing complex diary and inbox management, ensuring the founding partner’s time is prioritised effectively.Engaging with C-suite executives, investors, and senior stakeholders across the firm’s network.Who We're Looking ForGraduate calibre with experience supporting at founding partner or C-suite level within private equity, hedge fund, venture capital, or a similar high-performance finance environment.Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.A high level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.Confident communication style with experience liaising with senior stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre graduate EA who enjoys working at pace, thrives in an entrepreneurial setting, and is looking for a role where they can truly make an impact.
