工作职责:What do we expect from you?ResponsibilitiesYou will become a member of the ALDI China, assisting the Managing Director in planning, managing and coordinating the internal routine work of the Operations&Supply Chain Team, and responsible for the administrative management of the Managing Director: Be responsible for the administrative work of the Managing Director Operations (data analysis, filing, scheduling and other business-related administrative support) Act as a contact window for the Operations&Supply Chain Team and coordinate with other relevant teams (including but not limited to the above tasks) Responsible for archiving, the drafting of official letters, sign-off, approval and circulation Collect, integrate and track internal information or tasks, report the progress of work promptly, and complete other tasks temporarily assigned by MD Responsible for organizing and arranging team activities, internal meetings and meeting minutes任职条件:What are we looking for?We hope that you hold a bachelor or above degree with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, flexible and can work independently, under stress , interesting in store operations and retail industry.We hope that you have at least 3-5 years experiences in retail or FMCG industry in relevant secretarial or administration experience. We hope that you are detail-driven and have fundamental capacity in data collection and analysis.We hope that you can assist the company's internal and external cross functions to maintain the company's daily operations and recommend for process optimization opportunities. Chinese and English will be used as your daily working language and we expect you to work under fast-growing and diverse atmosphere.
