Job DetailsEAL Teaching Assistant - Arabic SpeakerNorth Manchester | Temp to Perm | £100 per day | ASAP StartProspero Teaching is looking to recruit a full-time EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teaching Assistant to join a popular secondary school in North Manchester. The role is to start as soon as possible and will initially run until December 2025, with the potential to become permanent.We're looking for a candidate who holds a TEFL or TESOL qualification and has recent experience supporting young people whose first language is not English. It is desirable (but not essential) that you can speak, read, and write Arabic.About The RoleAs an EAL Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that students with English as an additional language receive the support they need to thrive across all areas of the curriculum. You'll be part of a friendly, committed team that works hard to improve outcomes for all learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.The school has recently maintained its long-standing 'Good' Ofsted rating.
