Job Description SummaryAs an Early Career Trainee in the Business Operations department, you will gain hands-on experience in managing various stages of the installed base lifecycle, from asset registration to end-of-life. This is a 1 year contract Trainee position to be based in Ankara or Istanbul.You will be responsible for entering customer information, warranties, and contracts into the Service ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate billing for all types of services. In this role, you will also support data remediation & updates, contribute to Channel Partner transitions in CRM-ServiceMax, participate in data cleanup, migration, and verification activities. That’s because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs—the human touch.Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Career Trainee in the Business Operations department, you will:Manage the loading of customer service contracts and warranties into applicable Service ERP systems, including additions, deletions, and modifications to existing agreements.Ensure timely and accurate billing for both contract and non-contract services.Support the accuracy of the installed base database by assisting field teams and responding to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email.Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, Service Marketing, and Commercial Operations teams to resolve technical and process-related issues.Provide support to Finance and Cash Collection teams for timely resolution of customer disputes, including concessions, penalties, write-offs, and credit notes.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support standardization efforts by initiating and participating in various operational projects.Give support to transition of distributors to the Channel Partner ServiceMax platform, including data preparation, cleanup activities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.Support Finance during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.Ensure prompt and professional customer support for all contract and non-contract related inquiries.Complete all assigned Quality and Compliance training within defined deadlines.Follow Quality Assurance processes, including proper documentation and archiving of proposals, signed contracts, service reports, and invoices.Comply with GE HealthCare’s Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Policy, and applicable laws and regulations relevant to the role.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actions as required.Required Qualifications & RequirementsNew graduate or Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Economy, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).Good analytical and communication skillsCurious and open to learning about process improvement and operational efficiency.Self-motivated, self-driven and eager to learnStrong organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to following up on tasks.Interest in project-based work and willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).About GE HealthCareGE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator with over 100 years of healthcare industry experience and around 50,000 employees globally.
