Role: Childcare Assistance (Toddler Focus + Newborn Support)Location: Gujrat, Pakistan (with regular travel between our city home and family home in Islamabad)Start Date: 10 November 2025 - 15 November 2025Employment Type: Full-time (Optional Live-In or Mutually Agreed Flexible Timings)About UsWe’re a warm, respectful family with a cheerful toddler and a newborn arriving around New Year. We already have house help for cleaning/heavy chores—your focus stays solely on the children.What You’ll DoToddler engagement: Plan and lead age-appropriate play, early learning, arts/music, stories, and outdoor time.Routines: Support meals/snacks, nap time, bath/bed routines (as needed).Light child-area organisation: Tidy play zones, fold kids’ laundry, organise closets/toys, change sheets when needed.Newborn support: Provide a calm extra pair of hands as per requirement.Daily updates: Share brief notes on mood, activities, appetite, and sleep.Schedule & Time OffCo-created weekly schedule.Early newborn phase (first ~6–10 weeks): we may ask for added flexibility; any missed weekly holiday will be banked and taken later or compensated by mutual agreement.What We’re Looking ForGenuine love for children; patient, kind, and responsible.Experience with toddlers; comfort assisting with newborns.Good hygiene and safety awareness.Educated background preferred (early childhood/psychology/Montessori a plus).Comfortable traveling and adapting to family life.Clear communicator; trustworthy; organised.Accommodation & Benefits (For Full time Live-In Candidate)Private Room, all meals included; access to laundry and common areas.Supportive, family-like environment; respectful communication; clear routines.Travel with family between two cities and for day outings.Salary and Benefits:Range: PKR 40,000 - PKR 80,000/MonthBased on experience, qualifications, and level of childcare expertise.(Exact figure will be discussed during the interview, but the package is designed to be highly lucrative and reflective of your background.)Consideration & AccessibilityWe value kindness and humanity.
