You will also establish learning assessments and identify learning outcomes for children and maintain children’s records.To view the Position Description, please click here.About YouWe are seeking an individual who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education recognised by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority and holds a NSW Working with Children Check.You will have the following skills and experience;Theoretical understanding of how children grow and learn, with demonstrated skills in implementing an approved curriculum.Knowledge of the National Early Childhood Regulations, standards, approved curriculum and policies.Demonstrated skills in building respectful relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders.Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an early childhood setting.BenefitsThis is a permanent, full time position working 38 hours per week.The total remuneration package for this position commences at $74,360.83 gross per annum, comprising of:$1,276.80 per week base salary$153.22 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)Additional benefits for this position include:Rostered day off scheme (nine day fortnight)Annual Award salary increases and performance reviewsSalary packaging program (SmartSalary) Wellbeing Initiatives - Fitness Passport, Employee Assistance Program, Telus Health App, social club, health monitoring and annual flu vaccinations.For further information on this position, please contact Kristy Whitney - Nominated Supervisor on 02 6499 2302.Applications close 11.59pm AEDT on 30 November 2025. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and address the advertised selection criteria demonstrating their suitability for the role.This position requires applicants to be suitably immunised in line with recommendations from the Australian Immunisation Handbook, mandated Public Health Orders and/or Councils Immunisation Procedure.
