The Early Years Teacher will design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners, facilitate a nurturing classroom environment, and support the holistic development of students. This role involves managing ongoing assessments to monitor progress, collaborating with colleagues to adopt best teaching practices, and effectively communicating with parents regarding their child’s development.QualificationsLMI or AMI Certified Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education methodologiesStrong Communication and Teaching skillsExperience in Training and supporting young learnersPassion for early childhood education and fostering a positive learning environmentRelevant teaching certification or degree in Early Childhood EducationAbility to manage classroom dynamics effectivelyPrior experience in a similar role is a plusExperience: 6 months to 1 year
