Summery: To lead, manage, and coordinate all civil engineering aspects of a construction project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Job Duties:
Lead the planning and execution of civil construction projects from start to finish Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and health & safety regulations Manage site operations and resolve technical issues during execution Track and control construction costs to avoid budget overruns Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, NCRs, and variation ordersRequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
PMP Certification is a must. 7 years of experience in civil construction projects, including high-rise or large infrastructure projects.
