This is a day shift only position, ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in coordinating field activities, managing works, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.8/6 Roster day shift only FIFOCompetitive salary packageTop tier facilities and amenities Key Responsibilities Supervise site activities related to exploration and resource definition operationsOversee work crews including operators, contractors, and technical teams across multiple work frontsEnsure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with project specifications and quality standardsImplement and monitor daily and weekly work plans and schedulesManage and report on site productivity, resource allocation, and project progressConduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety inspectionsLiaise with clients and key personsMaintain accurate site records including daily diaries, delivery dockets, and progress reportsPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirementsAbout YouProven experience in a similar supervisory role within civil, mining, or infrastructure projectsFull S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification essentialRelevant trade, civil, or mining qualifications or extensive field experienceCurrent Australian Driver’s Licence manual HR or MR advantageousWhite Card essentialFirst Aid & CPR preferredRelevant plant or machinery tickets advantageousTAE Qualification highly regarded Strong background in earthworks essentialExperience supporting exploration or resource definition teams highly regardedDemonstrated leadership in managing diverse site teams and subcontractorsSolid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management processesExcellent communication and organisational skillsProficient in site reporting and basic computer systems (e.g. MS Office, project reporting tools)Benefits & RewardsLong-term project stability solid pipeline of workSupportive and experienced project leadership teamProfessional career growth in a dynamic resource environmentTraining and developmentVisit our website at: www.icontracting.com.auiContracting is an equal opportunity employer who encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
