This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, scaling operations, and building a high-performance team to deliver strong business results.

The ideal candidate will bring experience leading businesses in dynamic environments, with a track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value creation—particularly in private equity-backed or founder-led companies. Candidates must be located in the Phoenix metro area and able to work on-site. Key Responsibilities: Set and drive the strategic vision of the company in partnership with the Board of Directors and investors. Lead and inspire a cross-functional leadership team to achieve aggressive growth and profitability targets. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment across departments and functions.

Serve as the external face of the business with customers, investors, and strategic partners. Build and sustain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Lead expansion efforts, including potential M&A, new market entry, or product diversification. Ensure the company has the right talent, systems, and processes in place to scale effectively. Report to the Board on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Proven success as a CEO, President, or divisional leader with full P&L responsibility. 15+ years of leadership experience in high-growth, middle-market, or private equity-backed companies. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, execution, and operational scaling.

Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to partner effectively with CFO and investors. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence. Track record of building high-performing leadership teams and fostering a strong company culture.
