职位来自于拉勾任职要求1、本科及以上学历，至少5年及以上相关工作经验，3年及以上部门负责人岗位经验。2、具有知名饰品/服装类快行业背景，丰富电商运营部门负责人岗位经验，天猫、淘宝、京东、拼多多运营和管理经验。3、具备市场营销体系知识和互联网运营技巧，对互联网和电子商务发展有较敏锐的洞察力和商业敏感度，能跟随外部环境变化快速调整工作策略和方向。4、有较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力、解决问题能力、团队建设能力、开拓谈判能力、创新意识。5、富有工作激情，能承受较大的工作压力，善于用灵活的方式处理复杂的问题，有优秀的时间管理能力，能在多种任务中理清脉络和思路，培养并指导团队达成目标。
