Job PurposeResponsible on planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, managing and coordinating sales team EBB and all daily activities on EBB Branch to achieve targetStrategy and PlanningDesign short term EBB sales plan and coordinate with internal related partiesDesign marketing plan by identify focus winning industry for the branchBusiness Performance and ManagementObtain profitable results by increasing Branch lending and funding portfolioManage branch’s NPL portfolio by maintain credit quality of the branchPeople ManagementManage sales team by developing team through directing, evaluating and motivatingResponsible on branch staff fulfillment as per budgetJob Requirements:Min. 5 years experience as Sales Lending EBB and/or have exposure in Operation and ServiceS1 (any disciplines)Risk Management Certification (Level 2)
