Supervisor, Ziebart Workshop

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality functioning of workshop operations. You will monitor and schedule staff according to the workload, maintaining optimal productivity and manpower utilization. A key part of your role will be supporting the achievement of financial targets by managing operations and resources effectively. You will ensure that services are completed on time and in accordance with divisional standards, all while maximizing customer satisfaction. Cost-efficiency and reducing lead times will be a priority, contributing directly to the profitability of the division.

You will also be responsible for ensuring every vehicle passes a thorough quality check before it is handed over for delivery. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential for driving repeat business and referrals. You’ll be expected to report any delays or damages, enforce adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, and provide regular progress updates to relevant teams. As part of your responsibilities, you will also implement and follow Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) guidelines and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Supervisor to join our after-sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in workshop operations or a related automotive service role, with a solid combination of hands-on experience and relevant education. A secondary school certificate and/or technical school qualification is required. You should possess strong organizational skills, be capable of supervising a team, and demonstrate a high commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Experience in workforce planning, resource utilization, and operational cost-efficiency is key. Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental compliance is also essential.
