About The RoleECCO Newmarket & Commercial Bay are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related productsAlign with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standardsProcess customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standardsGeneral housekeeping and store tidinessSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will:
Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skillsHave demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targetsHave a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassadorBe a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationshipsDemonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidaysPerks & BenefitsLucrative KPI based sales bonus incentives & monthly reward and recognition opportunities.
