Regional Partner Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify and establish strong connections with potential partners, including wholesalers and independent retail stores in Lubumbashi, Likasi, and Kolwezi. Drive development of residential storage (Home Storage) and commercial/ industrial storage (C&I/ Utility Storage) channels. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners. Collect orders from partners and ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams. Conduct partners’ PSI (Purchase–Sales–Inventory) management to support sustainable business growth. 2. Store ManagementBrand Image:
Ensure EcoFlow products are displayed in priority locations and maintain good condition of in-store branding (POSM, materials, etc. ). Training Coverage: Provide training sessions for promoters and store staff. Stock Management: Guarantee adequate stock levels in all stores to support sales performance. Sales Events: Organize and execute roadshows, promotions, and related activities; collect and report event feedback. 3. Market Research & Competitive AnalysisGather and summarize market intelligence, including industry trends, competitor activities, and policy updates. Provide structured reports to city managers and sales head for strategy adjustment. 4. Sales Strategy Execution & Target AchievementAllocation:
Develop reasonable sales target allocation by partners, stores, and team members. Tracking: Monitor sales process and performance across partners, promoters, and staff. Execution: Ensure 100% achievement of assigned sales targets. 5. Team ManagementRecruitment: Ensure timely recruitment of promoters and sales staff based on sales targets and ROI. Training: Implement structured training programs for promoters and store staff. Incentive Plans: Support execution of staff incentive plans where necessary. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in regional sales management. Familiarity with Lubumbashi, Likasi, and Kolwezi markets and local business practices.
Clear mindset on sales execution, including allocation logic and partner/ store management. Proven knowledge and network in solar, consumer electronics, or generator industries. Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and training capabilities. Hands-on experience in channel development, order collection, and PSI management is highly preferred.
