Job DescriptionFanatics Collectibles is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented eCommerce Manager to support the growth and execution of our digital retail presence in China, beginning with TMall and expanding to additional platforms such as WeChat Mini Programs, JD.com, Douyin, and more. This role will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, content management, and promotional execution while ensuring optimal performance across all touchpoints.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Chinese eCommerce ecosystem, experience in marketplace operations, and a passion for sports, collectibles, and licensed consumer products. This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract based in the designated office, working 5 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management:Manage day-to-day operations of the TMall flagship store, ensuring all product listings, assets, and content are accurate and up-to-date.Assist with onboarding and execution for additional platforms including JD, Douyin, WeChat, and others.Lead and work closely with external platform account managers and internal cross-functional teams to align on promotional schedules, merchandising priorities, and campaign initiatives.Ecommerce Performance marketing tracking to optimize ROIContent & MerchandisingCoordinate and review product information, translations, and content localization.Ensure consistent and engaging visual merchandising that aligns with global brand guidelines and local preferences.Monitor and update banners, product imagery, and landing pages in alignment with marketing campaigns and product drops.Sales & Performance TrackingTrack and report on weekly sales, traffic, conversion, and promotional effectiveness using platform dashboards and internal tools.Flag potential issues or opportunities based on data insights.Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to support demand planning and inventory forecasting.Campaign SupportSupport the execution of platform-specific marketing initiatives including Mega Sales (e.g., 6.18, 11.11), influencer campaigns, and exclusive product launches.Manage the Tmall platform big IP activation, ie, Tmall Super Brand Day.Coordinate campaign timelines, asset delivery, and post-campaign analysis.Customer ExperiencePartner with Customer Service and platform teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.Monitor customer reviews and feedback for insights into product and service improvements.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.4-5 years of experience in an eCommerce role, preferably within the Chinese digital ecosystem.Familiarity with platforms such as TMall, JD, Douyin, and WeChat. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and data tools.Basic knowledge of Photoshop or content management platforms is a plus.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); proficient in English is required for global coordination.Passion for sports, pop culture, or collectibles is a strong plus.Young talent, Strong ownership, active-problem solver , passion for building new business instead of mature process follower The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
