Okay... we had a feeling 💁🏼‍♀️Fast forward to today, we’re a 40-strong team of talented and passionate people, with dream collabs under our belt (Pokémon, Netflix, Disney, Warner Bros, Nintendo), 1.1M Insta followers, and the most passionate community in existence.A bit about the role…As our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own the digital shopfront and everything that drives its success, from sales and conversion to storytelling and user experience.Your mission: make blackmilkclothing.com the kind of digital boutique no one wants to leave. Every click should feel like the brand… immersive, inspiring, and instantly shoppable.You’ll work closely within our marketing and product teams to balance brand and analytics: bringing campaigns to life, optimising journeys, and constantly finding new ways to turn browsers into loyal Sharkies.And for part of 2026, you’ll also step into a digital marketing mat leave cover, keeping our paid and email engines converting. Think full funnel activities across campaign, EDM, paid channels with creative testing, and agency collaboration to make sure our message hits the mark across every channel.(P.S. We migrated to Shopify in October last year  so “website rebuild” won’t be on your 2026 bingo card 🎉)But here’s a look at what will keep you busy: Curating and evolving the online shopping experience through smart merchandising, intuitive navigation, and timely content updates that match every product drop and seasonal moment.Diving into the data and surfacing insights that actually lead somewhere... think meaningful optimisations, not just nice charts.Leading CRO and A/B testing, constantly iterating to turn browsers into buyers.Collaborating with external partners and our Product team to roll out merchandising and trading tactics that boost performance.Spotting opportunities for clever cross-sells and dynamic product pairings that get customers saying “yep” to more than they planned.Managing email campaigns and paid media during mat leave coverage, from planning and audience segmentation to reporting and creative optimisation.Constantly looking out for ways to level up - whether that’s through tech, tools, or tactics that make the customer journey even smoother.A bit about you...You’re a savvy ecommerce storyteller who knows how to turn clicks into loyal customers.You’re obsessed with CRO and love the data-driven side of marketing.You’ve got a good understanding of email marketing platforms and paid media (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).You balance analytics with creativity to craft seamless, engaging online experiences.You thrive in cross-team collaboration and bring fresh, actionable ideas.You have solid ecommerce experience within a fashion or lifestyle brand.You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects while keeping the customer experience front and centre.Ideally you’ll have...At least a year of experience with Shopify.Solid ecommerce experience, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo) and paid ad platforms.Comfortable enough with HTML and CSS to speak the language.Bonus points if you know your way around Google Analytics and data dashboards.What to Expect… We’re proud to be a Circle Back Initiative employer, so here’s what you can expect from us during the hiring process: We promise to respond to every application, with a reply within one week of submission.
