About the jobWe are a leading global brand dedicated to creating smart, helpful, and bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for an E-commerce Executive (m/f/d) to join the team.What you'll do E-Commerce Strategy Development: Implement and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Identify and implement innovative approaches to drive online sales growth.Customer Experience Optimization:Implement strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience for customers (PDP Optimisation, New Product Upload).Identify and address pain points in the customer journey, ensuring seamless navigation and conversion.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product listings and e-storefronts are optimized with high-quality content.Oversee and maintain a high quality of products shipped and ensure customers’ requests are being answered and met.Monitor key e-commerce and TikTok Shop performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, fulfillment speed) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.Promotions and Campaign Management: Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns using e-commerce tools to drive customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with operations to align promotions with other retailers’ in-store activities.Help manage campaign assets, including creative materials, promotional content, and marketing collateral.Assist in creating and managing content for marketing materials, including social media posts, website updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.Occasionally plan, prepare for, and host live shopping streams, engaging with the audience to drive immediate sales and answer product questions.Collaboration with Third-Party Platforms: Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations such as KOLs as live streamers to expand the brand's online presence.Customer Service and Engagement:Serve as the secondary point of contact for customer inquiries across all e-commerce channels, providing timely and accurate responses to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.Well-versed in product knowledge to promote during offsite events (4-6 times a year).Support internal teams and external agencies in organizing consumer, PR, and trade events from design to execution including promotion.Market and Competitor Analysis:Conduct periodic analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the retail e-commerce space.Utilize insights to propose strategies that keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.Performance tracking through product reviews, UTM linksWhat you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Retail/Business or related disciplines.1-2 years of direct e-Commerce experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).Good command of English; both written and spoken, with attention to detail and accuracy.
