Fulfillment & OperationsManage daily order fulfillment across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon Seller Central.Accurately pack and ship customer orders while maintaining high quality control standards.Print shipping labels, coordinate carrier pickups, and troubleshoot shipping or delivery issues (lost or damaged packages, address errors, etc.).Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure orders ship within designated timeframes.Track, manage, and reorder inventory and packing materials as needed.Support supply chain and vendor coordination for restocks or new product launches.Customer ExperienceRespond to customer inquiries via email, social channels, and website chat with empathy, professionalism, and brand-aligned tone.Resolve order issues quickly and effectively to ensure a 5-star customer experience.Collaborate with the team to identify FAQs, create templates, and streamline communication touchpoints.
