We craft category-defining non-alcoholic beverages, including:🍺 Mash Gang – cult-favorite alcohol-free craft beers🍊 Pavari 17 – Mediterranean aperitivo & spritz RTDs🌵 La Borosa – premium agave-based spirit & ready-to-serve cocktailsWe’re already scaling fast in the UK & US through Shopify, Amazon, and select retail partners — and now we’re looking for our first dedicated eCommerce Growth Lead.The RoleAs our eCommerce Growth Lead, you’ll own and scale our entire online revenue engine. This isn’t just about running ads — it’s full P&L ownership across DTC, Amazon, and emerging retailer.com channels. You’ll report directly to the CEO, with the autonomy to set strategy, run experiments, and build the playbooks that take us from early traction to £/$20–50m scale.You’ll Be Responsible For:Driving growth and profitability across Shopify and AmazonRunning performance marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, retail media) with a focus on hitting LTV:CAC ≥ 2.0Owning CRO, UX, and subscriptions on ShopifyManaging P&L down to CPAM — and optimizing every lineDeciding when to outsource vs insource (agencies, freelancers, vendors)Building dashboards & insights to guide leadership decisionsWhat We’re Looking For:5–10+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally with P&L accountabilityHands-on expertise in Shopify + Amazon (catalog, PPC/DSP, CRO)Proven record of scaling revenue while hitting LTV:CAC targetsData-driven, low-ego operator who’s not afraid to get in the weedsStartup/scaleup background strongly preferred👉 Ready to build and own the growth engine of a category-defining non-alc beverage company?
