Exciting Role at NEON ...Ecommerce Manager - Luxury BrandThis is an established luxury brand seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead their global strategy.The role will be varied, cross categories & markets and will see you work in an entrepreneurial trading environment with cross functional teams.WHO ARE YOU ?Currently you are an experienced Ecommerce Professional with a 360 mindset, with a proven track record in driving successful customer acquisition and CRO in a collaborative trading teamYou will bring relevant experience ideally in luxury categories and a hands on entrepreneurial approach in a commercial and creative environment.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Driving the Trading / Ecommerce Strategy, leading a small inhouse teamStrategic planning and implementation of key projectsPartnering Digital Marketing Team to support driving sales activity for ecommerceDrive brand engagement and CRO, continuously enhancing website performance and customer experienceOverseeing the online journey, oversee all activity across product, campaigns & imageryManagement of external partners and agenciesMonthly reporting across the board, commercial acumen and an analytical mindsetShopfiy platform skills useful along with WordPress CMSYOU WILL NEED :This is a integral role within the business.
