As a purpose-led, performance-driven organisation, Blackmores Group strives to create remarkable employee experiences through supporting a diverse and inclusive culture, creating leadership that inspires high performance, and providing everyone with opportunities to achieve their professional, personal and wellbeing goals supported by our flexible work practices and family friendly policies Purpose of role: This role will be focused on the TDI&ALH channel, including monitor and tracking the TDI & ALH business target / KPI achievement, by driving the sales performance, develop, implement and execute the strategy or activities, to achieve the commercial goals Responsibilities include:Overall ownership for TDI&ALH, and responsible for the sales results;Cooperate with cross-departments to land brand marketing resources on the platform, maximize the platform resources, and ensure the marketing effect; Maintain good customer relationship.Responsible for the management of TDI&ALH, sales and inventory, expenses, contract negotiation, etc.Responsible for online planning, monitoring and implementation of online sales activities, and review of results.Responsible for sales forecasting and expense control and verification. Who are you?Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/ equivalentMore than 5 years of working experience in the e-commerce industry, and more than 2 years for ALI channelHave DT management experiencePositive, proactive growth mindset, confident with articulate communications skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels and possess a strong service-oriented mindsetFluent in Chinese and English both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a matrix environment, influencing cultureAgencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
