With one direct report, you’ll take ownership of the D2C platform, driving sales, profitability, and an exceptional user experience. Collaborating closely with marketing and global teams, you’ll ensure the seamless integration of online and offline (O+O) strategies to strengthen clinic partner relationships.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeStrategic Leadership: Design and execute the D2C growth strategy, ensuring alignment with brand ambitions.Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales forecasting, stock accuracy, and website functionality.Data-Driven Growth: Leverage analytics to optimize conversion rates, implement testing frameworks, and identify growth opportunities.Collaboration & Innovation: Build promotional calendars, implement site upgrades, and align with global best practices.P&L Ownership: Manage the D2C P&L, ensuring profitability aligns with brand budgets and forecasts.We Are Looking ForRoleYou’re a natural collaborator with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving eCommerce growth.
