With an expanding product line from red light therapy devices and PEMF mats to circadian lighting and EMF protection we’re growing fast, with 100%+ year-over-year growth and global customers in over 137 countries.We move at a lightning pace and expect excellence, accountability, and creative problem-solving from every member of our team.The RoleWe’re seeking a driven and analytical Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of BON CHARGE’s global online store performance.You’ll be responsible for ensuring the website runs flawlessly, product launches are executed seamlessly, and every click, scroll, and conversion point is optimized to drive growth.Working alongside our wider marketing team, you’ll manage the full ecommerce cycle from campaign planning and tracking to website updates, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with creative, product, and customer service teams.This is a high-impact role for someone obsessed with detail, results, and operational excellence in a fast-moving global DTC environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Store ManagementManage the day-to-day operations of the BON CHARGE Shopify+ store, ensuring product listings, pricing, promotions and content are accurate and optimised.Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and sale events across web, email, and paid channels.Oversee onsite merchandising, homepage updates, and navigation to align with campaign strategy.Ensure flawless site experience, testing checkout, upsells, cross-sells, and mobile responsiveness regularly.Analytics & ReportingMonitor daily ecommerce KPIs such as revenue, AOV, conversion rate, traffic sources, and customer retention.Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for the Marketing Director and marketing team.Identify insights and opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI.Run continual Conversion Rate Optimisation programmes.Continually improve website UX and UI to create a world-class user experience.Collaboration & OperationsLiaise with the operations team to ensure product availability and smooth order flow.Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance post-purchase experience.Maintain coordination with PR, email, and performance marketing teams to align promotional calendars.About YouYou’re a high-performance operator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You love data, structure, and getting things done.
