You will lead the strategy, manage the online store, and optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that boosts conversion, retention, and revenue.This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you will plan digital campaigns, manage product listings, coordinate promotions, and use analytics to continuously improve performance. You’ll collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to deliver an exceptional e-commerce experience that reflects the GearUp brand.If you are passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fitness industry, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role is perfect for you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the e‑commerce strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.Own online sales performance, growth targets, and customer acquisition objectives.Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the fitness and wellness sector.Manage day-to-day operations of the e‑commerce platform (product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility).Optimize website usability, navigation, and customer experience.Ensure accurate product presentation, merchandising, and category management.Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns.Track key e‑commerce KPIs including conversion rate, revenue, traffic, and customer behavior.Analyze data using analytics tools and generate performance reports.Use insights to improve customer journey and sales performance.Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, paid traffic, and promotions.Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with creative teams to align branding and product storytelling.Manage external vendors or agencies when required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail operations.Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies.Experience in inventory management, logistics, and optimizing customer experience.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Data-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce
