Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Dubai. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee online sales strategies, optimize digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue. This role involves managing the hotel's online presence, ensuring exceptional guest experience in digital interactions, and identifying growth opportunities to drive online bookings and revenue. Qualifications Strong skills in E-commerce and Marketing strategy developmentProficient in Sales and Communication techniques for engaging with stakeholders and clienteleAdvanced Analytical skills for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-makingProven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentExperience in the hospitality industry or luxury services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredProficiency in digital marketing tools and trendsAdaptability, a results-driven mindset, and exceptional organizational skills
