This key role will lead and develop our eCommerce strategy and activities in this crucial market. Partnering with your colleagues in Retail, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, you will ensure Royal Copenhagen is positioned to capture eCommerce opportunities and drive growth.Reporting to our Country Manager, Korea, this role will be based at our office in Seoul.What You’ll DoAs our eCommerce Manager, you will lead the daily operations and performance management of our eCommerce business, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth. Acting as the main operational counterpart to DTC Retail, you will oversee initiatives that improve performance and keep up with the latest industry developments.Oversee and manage daily eCommerce operations to ensure smooth execution and excellent customer serviceDrive sales growth and profitability through effective implementation of digital and omnichannel initiativesServe as the key operational contact for the DTC retail team, ensuring strong cross-functional alignmentMonitor and track eCommerce performance metrics, analysing data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesEnsure operational excellence across all eCommerce activities, from order processing to after-sales serviceSupport the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the eCommerce offeringStay informed about emerging eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to inform business decisions Who You AreYou bring more than 5 years of proven experience in eCommerce operations and performance management, ideally within a global, matrix environment. Skilled at analysing data, solving challenges, and delivering results, you combine strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Track record of driving eCommerce growth and operational excellenceStrong analytical skills to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunitiesSkilled at building productive cross-functional relationships and partnershipsExperienced with our platform, Shopify, highly preferredHighly organized with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic settingResilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating changePositive, proactive mindset with a focus on resultsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related fieldFully fluent in our working language, English START YOUR JOURNEY WITH ROYAL COPENHAGEN We are eagerly awaiting your application.
